建设高职校级模具数字资源库的实践与探索

Exploration And Practice Of Constructing School-based Resource Database For Mould Of the Higher Vocational Education

依据高职院校模具专业在教学改革、课程改革的中遇到的实际问题,基于学校现有模具教学资源与企业实际模具资源,建设了包含模具三维结构模型,CAD模具总装图及零件图,模具拆装动画,模具说明书,企业一线设计资料和优秀毕业设计的校级模具数字资源库,有效突破了实验实训时间与空间上的限制,将数字资源直达学生数字终端,将工厂实践引入课堂,也减轻了模具教仪损耗较为严重的问题,促进了教学及教学改革。

According to the real problems encountered by Mould Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges in the reform of teaching and curriculum, based on existing mold of the school teaching resources and enterprise mold resources, the school-based resource database for mould which contains 3D model of mould, mould CAD assembly drawing and parts drawing, the animation of dismounting and mounting mould, the specification of mould, design data from enterprise and outstanding graduate design was constructed.By the database,the constraints in time and space of experiment and training was breaked, digital resource was send to student＇s digital terminal, the factory practice was brought into the classroom, the loss of mould teaching instrument was reduced, and the teaching and teaching reform were promoted.
