摘要
本论文综述了YAG荧光粉的概况,介绍了制备YAG:Ce^(3+)荧光粉的几种方法。本实验采用了固相共熔法制备,固相共熔法比传统制备方法高温固相法有着烧结温度低、反应时间短、工艺简单等优点。
This thesis is an overview of the YAG phosphor, several methods of preparation of YAG: Ce3+ phosphor, Using solid-phase eutectic Preparation Solid-phase eutectic than the traditional preparation method of high temperature solid has a low sintering temperature, short reaction time, simple process, etc.
