CDIO理念下的工业工程专业人才培养模式的改革

The Reform of Talent Training Mode of Industrial Engineering Specialty under the Idea of CDIO

本论文通过分析工业工程专业人才培养模式现状,将CDIO理念应用于工业工程专业人才培养模式的改革。根据本专业实际情况从CDIO理念的学习、培养方案的修订、项目驱动式教学模式改革、课程内容及教学方法改革,创新性实践教学开展等方面进行了改革与实践,从而实现培养具有创新精神的高素质应用型人才的目标。

In this paper combining the analysis of cultivation mode of industrial engineering specialty, the CDIO principle was applied to innovation of the cultivation mode. According to the actual circumstance of our specialty, the new cultivation mode of industrial engineering specialty was put forward, including study on the CDIO principle, revision of the training program, the project driven teaching mode, reform of the curriculum content and teaching method, reform of innovative practice teaching and so on, which can be realize the training target of high-quality practical talents with innovative spirit.
