摘要
模具拆装实验是机械类专业模具类课程的必修实验课。针对在实际实验过程中存在的问题,从教学手段的改革,科技创新的融入等方面对提高实验效果进行了探索,综合运用多种软件,实现了模具的虚拟拆装,为模具拆装实验提供了计算机辅助教学工具。实践证明,模具虚拟拆装可以提高实验教学效果,节省实验费用和场地,对学生了解模具结构、组成原理和装配顺序很有帮助,可作为模具拆装实验的有益补充。
Dismounting and Assembling of mould is a compulsory experimental course of mould courses of mechanical engineering. Reform of teaching methods and scientific innovation etc improving the experiment results were used to solve the practical problems in experiment. Virtual dismounting and assembling of mould which provided a computer-aided teaching tool was realized with various softwares. Practice has proved that it can improve the experiment effect,save costs and experiment space.It is helpful for students to understand mould structure ,composition and assembly sequence.It can be used as a useful complement to the experiment of dismounting and assembling of mould.
