循环经济产业链视角下我国石化产业优化升级研究——以福建省泉港石化产业为例

Research on the Optimization and Upgrading of China Petrochemical Industry on the Perspective of Circular Economy Industrial Chain—— A case study of Quangang petrochemical industry

循环经济产业链以动脉结构、静脉结构、关联结构及其共生融合机制为组成要素,以断链、补链、延伸和耦合为基本方式,是解决我国石化产业发展面临的资源环境、安全生产、产业链延伸不足等问题的可行路径。泉港石化产业以构建循环经济产业链为基本思路,走出了一条经济持续发展、资源高效利用、生态良性循环的发展道路,为我国石化产业优化升级提供了先进经验。

Circular economy industrial chain is constituted of arterial structure,vein structure,interaction structure,the mechanism of symbiosis and integration fusion.Its basic mode is chain fracture and chain repairing,extension and coupling.Circular economy industrial chain is a feasible way to solve the problems such as natural resources and environment,safety in production,and lacking good reach in industry chain in China petrochemical industry.The basic concept of Quangang petrochemical industry is to build circular economy industrial chain,so as to lead a pattern of sustainable economic development,effective use of resources,benign ecological cycles and provide an advanced experience for China petrochemical industry.
