Study on Promoting Intellectual Property Protection

随着科技的发展和进步,知识产权的重要性日益凸显,尤其对于企业而言,知识产权是一笔巨大的无形资产,是企业竞争的重要砝码,对知识产权的保护更是关乎企业的长远发展。本文着重研究了知识产权的保护策略,分析探讨利用专利、标准、论文来保护知识产权的方法,从整体布局,使知识产权的分布多样化,从而充分、有效地保护知识产权。

With the development of technology,the significance of intellectual property becomes increasingly obvious.Especially for enterprises,intellectual property rights are not only great intangible assets,but also important competition ability.Therefore,intellectual property protection relates to the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper has mainly studied the protection strategies from whole to parts,analyzed the ways by making use of patents,standards and papers to fully and effectively protect intellectual property rights.
