信访制度是我国重要的民主社会活动,在新的改革与发展形势下,做好国有企业信访工作的落实,探寻有效的信访工作优化方法,有利于维护社会稳定,推动我国政治、经济、社会的协调发展。基于我国国有企业信访工作重要性,本文深入分析产生信访工作问题的主要原因,从工作理念、责任意识、法制教育、沟通渠道和民主决策的角度,为我国国有企业信访制度的完善和具体工作落实提供了参考措施,以实现信访制度在维护社会稳定工作中应发挥的重要作用。

Petition work is an important democratic and social activity in China.Under the new circumstances of reform and development,the implementation of state-owned enterprises＇ petition work is conducive to improve the efficiency of it and maintain the society stability,subsequently to support the development and construction of polity,economy and society harmoniously.Based on the importance of petition work,the main reasons influencing to the problems of petition work are analyzed.These include the five aspects of work idea,responsibility awareness,legal education,communication channel and democratic decision,the specific measures of improving the petition work to help to achieve the stablity of the society.
