夜来香花浸膏同时蒸馏萃取工艺优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以夜来香干花为试验材料,通过同时蒸馏萃取工艺,利用均匀试验设计优化夜来香浸膏的萃取工艺条件,并分析了浸膏的挥发性成分。试验设计结果表明,同时蒸馏萃取法提取夜来香浸膏的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶15,萃取时间4.5 h,萃取剂体积61 m L,Na Cl质量20 g。最优条件下夜来香浸膏理论提取率为1.54%,实测平均提取率为1.52%。夜来香浸膏挥发性成分分析表明,浸膏中共鉴定出23种挥发性香气成分,主要含有烯类、酸类和醇类化合物,其中质量分数最高的是双戊烯,为41.94%。 In order to enhance extraction efllciency and quality of spice in Cestnan nocturanum flower, the extraction optimization of Cestrum nocturanum flower concrete is studied by using simultaneous distillation extraction which is based on uniform experimental design, and gas chromatography- mass spectrometry(GC - MS) is used to analyze volatile compounds of Cestmm nocturanum flower concrete. The results show that the best extraction conditions are as follows: solid- liquid ratio is 1 : 15 g/g, extraction time 4.5 h, extraction solvent consump- tion 61 g, salting- out 20 g, and the predicted yield in the optimal conditions is 1.54%, close to the observed yield 1.52%. The results of GC - MS analysis show that 23 kinds of chemical composition are tested out in Cestrum nocturanum flower concrete, mainly consisting of alkenes, acids and alcohols, and the content of dipentene is the highest, up to 41.94%. Given above, it is advisable to employ this opti- mized process of simultaneous distillation extraction to extract spice in Cestnun nocturanum flower. Its extraction rate is higher in the optimal extraction conditions, and the concrete sample has intense flavor of Cestrum nocturanum flower.
