基于四象限矢量变频器的起重机控制方案设计

摘要 分析了起重机运行机械特性、调速控制系统的工艺要求、起重机的调速方法,提出了一种基于四象限运行的矢量变频器设计的起重机提升机构调速控制系统的设计方案。满足了起重机提升机构对转矩、转速、启动制动、防溜钩等方面的控制要求。同时在回馈制动时做到能量回馈电网,经济节能。 The mechanical characteristics of a crane is analyzed in this paper, and aiming at the process requirement of its speed regulating system, and its adjustment speed method of a crane, the paper puts forward a kind of designing scheme of a kind of speed regulation system with vector frequency converter which can operate in four quadrants. This scheme is satisfied with the torque, speed, starting, braking, glide - hook and so on, and in the meantime, it can feed back the energy to the power system when the motor is braking, so this is a eco- nomical and energy- efficient design.
