摘要 针对我国大部分用户使用的电表存在不适应当前阶梯电价要求、不具备分时计费和防盗电功能等诸多问题,本文在保证电表基本的电能计量功能基础上,通过模块化设计思路,设计了以MSP430单片机为核心,以ADE7953为计量芯片的具有分时计费功能的智能电表方案,进行了系统的硬件电路设计和PCB板绘制,初步实现了智能电表的设计[1],使电表具有了分时计费和防盗电功能,并且能够利用专用通信实现对用户用电信息的智能化管理。智能电表的设计大大节省了电力部门查表和收取电费2个重要环节所消耗的人力和物力,同时能够对用电用户的用电信息和数据进行采集管理,既方便电力部门查询、管理和统计,也方便用户查询及使用。该设计具有一定的推广价值。 For most of the users in our country, there are many problems, such as the electricity metercan not meet the requirements of the ladder electricity price, do not have the function of time-share charging and anti-theft. On the basis of ensuring the basic electric energy metering function, in order to solve the a- bove problems, this paper designs the intelligent meter scheme based on MSP430 chip and ADE7953 chip. The hardware circuit design and PCB board are designed. The design of the intelligent meter is realized. The intelligent meter has the function of time-share charging, and the function of the anti-theft power, and can realize the intelligentmanagement of the user's information by using special communication. The design of intelligent electric meter greatly saves the manpower and resources consumed by the electric powerdep- artment checking list and collecting electric charge,at the same time, it can manage the user's information and data collection, which is convenient for the power sector to query, management, statistics, but also to facilitate the user query and use. So this design has a certain popularization value.
