A Research Review on Intellectual Property Risk Management in Creative Industries

从创意产业的概念、创意产业与知识产权、创意产业的风险管理、企业知识产权的风险管理4个方面对创意产业知识产权风险管理的研究现状进行了梳理。创意产业知识产权风险管理研究涉及到法学、管理学、经济学等多学科,有必要进一步深入探讨。

The research on intellectual property of creative industries has become a hot issue in the theo- retical circle. By summarizing the creative industry intellectual property risk management research, From the concept of creative industries, creative industries and intellectual property,risk management in creative indus- tries and enterprise risk management based on intellectual property in four aspects,this paper analysises the re- search status intellectual property risk management of creative industries. The issue of intellectual property risk management of creative industries needs to use law, management, economics multidisciplinary science research, explains the research thought of this problem, provides reference for the research of intellectual property risk management of creative industries.
