河南承接产业转移与产业结构优化共生演化研究

Research on the Symbiosis Evolution of Undertaking Industrial Transfer and Industrial Structure Optimization in Henan Province

构建基于超效率DEA的共生演化模型,对2001-2012年河南省承接产业转移与产业结构优化共生演化情况进行研究,并对相关影响因素进行灰色关联分析。结果表明,河南省承接产业转移与产业结构优化处于非对称互惠共生阶段,产业结构优化对承接产业转移的促进作用在不断增强,但承接产业转移与产业结构优化的推动作用日趋减弱,两个共生系数呈现剪刀型变化趋势;影响承接产业转移与产业结构优化共生演化发展的3个最主要因素依次为城市化水平、要素供给的成本优势和社会消费品零售总额率。

Based on super efficiency DEA, the paper establishes the symbiotic evolution model to study the symbiosis evolution of undertaking industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization in Henan prov- ince during 2001--2012 years, and uses grey relational method to analyze the related influencing factors. The results show that, Henan province undertaking industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization is in a non symmetrical mutualistic symbiosis stage, the promotion effect of industrial structure optimization to under- taking industrial transfer is strengthening, but the promotion effect of undertaking industrial transfer to indus- trial structure optimization is increasingly weakened, two symbiotic coefficient shows a scissors type change tendency. The three most important factors in the development of symbiotic evolution of undertaking industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization are urbanization level, factor supply cost advantage and total retail sales of social consumer goods rate.
