行动研究方法在院校研究领域中的适用性分析

Action Research and Its Applicability in Institutional Research

院校研究是以实践为导向的应用研究,以解决高校管理中的实际问题为目的,目前出现了研究与实践分离的倾向。行动研究是联系研究与实践的中介,是院校研究诸多研究方法中最基本的研究方法。本文从高校管理人员专业化、教育研究的层次结构以及院校研究的内容、参与者、价值取向及研究过程等方面分析行动研究方法的适切性,提出运用行动研究方法进行院校研究的建议。

Institutional research is a practice oriented applied research for the purpose to solve practical problems in management of universities. At present, there is a tendency of separation of research and practice. Action research is the intermediary of research and practice. It is the basic research method for Institutional re- search. This article analyzes the applicability of action research in institutional research from different aspects such as professionalization of staff in universities, the hierarchical structure of educational research, content of institutional research, participants, value orientation and process, and also provides proposals based on action research method.
