摘要
选择坚果、谷物、起酥油、植脂末等8组油料油脂相关术语,对其进行了辨析,阐述了它们之间的关系,旨在纠正一些似是而非的说法,提高公众和媒体对食用油产品的科学认识,走出消费误区。
The object of this review was to aim at correcting some specious arguments of lipid industry, improving scientific awareness of edible lipid products among the public and media, and making consumers out of their cognitive misunderstandings. Therefore, eight terms related with selected oil-bearing materials, edible oils and fats, such as nuts, grains, shortening, creamer and so on, were selected to define their connotation and denotation, and the relationship between them was explained.
