摘要 针对某电厂600 MW超临界对冲燃烧锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的情况进行分析。结果表明:主要原因是运行过程中煤粉刷墙及侧墙存在高浓度H_2S呈强还原性气氛。通过设备改造,调整了两侧墙壁面气氛,破坏了高温腐蚀的条件。经过专项治理和燃烧调整,消除了改造初期屏式过热器及高温再热器受热面超温现象,排烟中CO浓度控制在100μL/L以下,NO_x排放量与改造前相差不大。 An analysis of water wall tubes' high-temperature corrosion was taken on a 600 MW supercritical opposed firing boiler, the results showed that it was happened cause the pulverized coal scour on water wall tubes and high density of H2S during the operation progress. After that, the both sides wall surface atmosphere were improvement and the high- temperature corrosion condition was destroyed by retrofit. After special treatment and combustion adjustment, the temperature of platen superheater and high temperature reheater surface was no longer overhigh, the emission CO concentration was dropped below 100 100μL/L while the NOx emission concentration are almost kept at the same level as those before the retrofit.
