摘要
燃煤锅炉在采用低氮燃烧器的基础上,锅炉尾部在省煤器与空气预热器之间安装SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction)脱硝装置,来进一步控制氮氧化物排放,因机组参与电网深度调峰,SCR入口排烟温度过低,影响脱硝效率,甚至退出运行。通过各种技术方案分析比较,推荐采用省煤器分级方案,在600 MW超临界机组实施,有效提高了SCR入口排烟温度,对于指导机组深度调峰,改善SCR运行效率,烟气达标排放,具有重要指导作用。
