Wnt／β-catenin信号通路在慢性肾脏病血管钙化中作用的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者血管钙化(vascular calcification,VC)的发生率高、危害性大,具体发病机制仍未明确。近期研究发现Wnt/β-catenin信号通路参与VC的发生与发展,与慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常(chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder,CKD-MBD)的骨-血管轴密切相关,并且在CKD病程中的调节出现异常,本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在慢性肾脏病血管钙化中作用的研究进展做一综述。
