摘要
目的:探讨不同强度运动结合共轭亚油酸(CLA)在8周减肥过程中对青春期肥胖大鼠能量代谢、体重及Lee`s指数的影响。方法:大鼠建模7周后,取40只肥胖倾向大鼠随机分为5组,每组8只,分别为OC、OCC、OLC、OMC、OHC组,低、中、高运动强度分别定为15-18m/min、21-25 m/min、28-32 m/min,时间60min/天,CLA灌喂1.6g/kg,5次/周,持续8周。每周测体重、体长、计算Lee`s指数,采用大鼠代谢系统测大鼠运动后即刻状态耗氧量和能量消耗。结果:8周干预过程中,耗氧量和能量消耗表现为OCC组高于OC组(P<0.01),OLC、OMC、OHC组均高于OCC组(P<0.05,P<0.01);体重表现为OLC、OMC、OHC组体重增长幅度均明显低于OC、OCC组(P<0.05,P<0.01),Lee`s指数均表现第8周干预组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);不同强度运动之间的各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:青春期肥胖大鼠伴随周龄的增加体重呈上升趋势,而肌肉吸氧量和总吸氧量、肌肉耗能和总耗能呈下降趋势,8周不同干预方法均能抵抗其下降,并且能抑制体重增长幅度和降低Lee’s指数,运动结合CLA优于单纯补充CLA,受运动强度影响较小。
Objective: To explore effects of different intensity exercise combine with conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on energy metabolism, weight and Lee's index in the process of 8 weeks to lose weight of adolescent obese rats. Methods: The model of rats after 7 weeks, 40 rats of obese prone rats were divide into 5 groups randomly, 8rats in each groups (OC, OCC, OLC, OMC, OHC) Low, medium and high intensity in animal treadmill running speed respectively to 15-18m/min, 21-25 m/min, 28-32m/min, time is 60min/days, CLA fed 1.6g/kg, 5 times/week, for 8 weeks. Measured the weight, length, calculate Lee's index every week. Oxygen consumption and energy consumption of immediately after exercise were measured by using rat metabolic system. Results: Intervention in the process for during 8 weeks, oxygen consumption and energy consumption showed that OCC group was higher than that of OC group (P〈0.01), OLC, OMC, OHC group were higher than that of group OCC (P〈0.05, P〈0.01); the body weight growth rate of OLC, OMC, OHC was significantly lower than that of group OC, group OCC (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), Lee's index showed intervention group were lower than that of the control group in the eighth weeks (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01); the indicators no significant difference between different intensity exercise (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The body weight of adolescent obese rats was on the increase with the increase of age, but the muscle oxygen consumption and total oxygen consumption, muscle energy consumption and total energy consumption was on the reduce, different intervention methods with eight weeks can inhibit that reduce, and can inhibit weight growth and reduce Lee's index, exercise combined with CLA is superior to that ofshnple supplementation of CLA, less affected by exercise intensity.
