高发区贲门癌KAI1/CD82的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨KAI1/CD82蛋白在贲门癌组织中的表达及其与贲门癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测46例贲门癌组织和相应标本的46例非肿瘤性粘膜组织KAI1/CD82蛋白的表达。结果:KAI1/CD82蛋白在癌组织中表达较非肿瘤性粘膜明显增强(P<0.05)。KAI1/CD82蛋白表达与贲门癌患者的年龄显著性相关(P<0.05),与其它临床病理特征没有显著性关系(P>0.05)。结论:KAI1/CD82蛋白的表达可能参与了贲门癌的发生发展。检测KAI1/CD82表达有助于进一步了解贲门癌发生发展的机制。 Objective: To investigate the expression of KAI1 / CD82 in gastric cardia cancer tissue and its correlation with clinical pathological parameter. Method: KAI1 / CD82 expression level was detected in 46 cases of gastric cardia cancer tissue and the corresponding non-tumor gastric tissues by the immunohistochemistry. Result: The expression level of KAI1 / CD82 was significantly higher in gastric cardia cancer tissue compared with non-tumor gastric tissues( P〈 0. 05). The expression of KAI1 / CD82 had no relationship with histological grade.The expression of KAI1 / CD82 correlated with patient age( P〈 0.05) and had no relationship with other pathological parameters. Conclusion: The expression of KAI1 / CD82 may participate in the development of gastric cardia cancer. Detecting KAI1 / CD82 will help to learn the mechanism of gastric cardia cancer development.
