戒烟干预联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床症状及肺功能的影响

Smoking Cessation Intervention Combined with Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation on Clinical Symptoms and Pulmonary Function of Patients with COPD

目的:观察戒烟干预联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的临床症状及肺功能的影响。方法:选取我院收治的78例稳定期男性吸烟COPD患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组38例;对照组给予茶碱缓释片、沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加以戒烟干预,疗程均为6个月。比较两组患者戒烟率、症状、生活评分及肺功能改善情况;并统计不良反应。结果:观察组戒烟率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组症状均改善,但观察组更优,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的生活评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),但观察组改善结果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的肺功能较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),但与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组均未发现不良反应。结论:戒烟干预联合沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗稳定期COPD疗效显著,在显著改善患者肺功能的同时,还能提高患者生活质量,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective： To observe the effect of smoking cessation intervention combined with salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation on clinical symptoms and pulmonary function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Method： In our hospital,78 cases of plateau smoking male patients with COPD,according to the random number table method,were divided into the control group（ 40cases） and the observation group（ 38 cases）; The control group were given theophylline zyban,salmeterol assigned powder inhaler therapy,while kesides the same treatment with the contral group,the observation group were also given the smoking quiting intervention both on the basis of 6 months. of the patients adverse reactions were counted.Result： Smoking-quiting rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）; Symptoms were improved in both groups,but that of the observation group was better,there was more significant difference between groups（ P〈0.05）; The life scores after treatment in both groups were improved compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but the improved xesult of the observation group is better than that of control group（ P〈0.05）; The lung function in observetion group after treatment was improved companed with before treatment but there was no obvious difference compared with control group（ P〉0.05）; No adverse reactions were. Conclusion： Smoking cessation intervention combined salmeterol assigned powder inhaler plateau COPD has obvious therapeutic effect,which can improve lung function of the patients at the same time,can also improve the patients quality of life,It is a safe and effective treatment.
