城市轨道交通列车驾驶员职业压力分析

Occupational Stress of Urban Rail Transit Train Drivers

通过访谈及文献检索筛选出城市轨道交通列车驾驶员的职业压力来源及其压力因素,并设计调查问卷。通过问卷调查得到对驾驶员影响较大的职业压力因素主要来自作业负荷、设备故障以及管理方式方面。基于调查结果,通过统计分析发现性别、年龄、工龄等变量是影响驾驶员职业压力感受度的重要因素。最后,基于以上分析针对影响力大的压力因素和不同驾驶员群体提出减缓职业压力的建议。

Through interview and literature searching, the sources of occupational stress and concrete pressure factors of urban rail transit train drivers are screened, on this basis the questionnaires are designed. The results of questionnaire survey show that the occupational stress of drivers is primarily from working load, equipment failure and man- agement style. Based on the survey statistics, gender, age and length of service are found to be the major factors affecting drivers＂ perception of occupational stress. Finally, according to the above analysis, suggestions on reducing occupational stress are put forward, aiming at the greater influential factors and different driver groups.
