摘要
中国人寿数据中心冷却塔设置在建筑物三层的屋面上,每台冷却塔运行重量约为31 t,属重型设备,屋面采用隔振浮筑屋面做法,面积约为1 500 m2。通过基础设计和验算,采用50 mm厚特殊材质减震隔声垫板,屋面做法整体性控制等方法,着重解决重型设备运行稳定问题,以及减少设备振动对屋面刚性做法的影响的问题。
China Life Insurance Data Center cooling tower is arranged in three layer of building roof, each cooling tower operating weight about 31 t, belonging to the heavy equipment and the roof adopts vibration isolation floating building roof approach, an area of about 1500 square meters. Through the foundation design and checking the 50mm thick special material sound insulation, shock absorption pad, roofing overall control method, mainly to solve the heavy equipment operation stability, and reduce the influence of vibration of rigid roofing equipment.
