摘要
利用Abaqus软件对高强材料连接金具U形挂环及直角挂板在使用过程中抵抗载荷破坏的能力进行了非线性静力仿真分析,得到此两种金具在使用过程中的变形和应力分布规律,并根据计算结果提出了相应的改进建议,为连接金具的结构设计提供了更加科学的指导,有效的降低连接金具在后期使用过程中的失效风险。
The link-fitting makes a significant contribution to the bearing capacity of electric transmission line, it is necessary to perform strength analysis for the link-fitting during design period. In this study, the ability of resisting to deformation of link-fitting abort U-shackle and with Right angle hanging plate high-strength material was simulated by FEA, using commercial software Abaqus. Through nonlinear static analysis, the stress and deformation distributions of link-fitting were obtained. According to the results, modification suggestions were put forward, which provides a scientific guidance for the design of the link-fitting, reducing the risk of failure of link- fitting in the late stage of the process.
