建筑工人群体性调查与特性分析

INVESTIGATION AND CHARACTERISTICS ANALYSIS ON CONSTRUCTION WORKERS GROUP

通过建立建筑工人群体的网络模型,对建筑工人的群体结构、特性等进行分析,结果表明建筑工人群体具有小世界与无标度的网络特性;班组长在建筑工人群体中发挥着管理、沟通等重要作用;以施工班组为子网络分组管理和以班组长为关键点重点管理能够高效控制整个群体网络、提高管理水平。

Network model was built to analyze the group structure and characteristics of construction worker. The analysis result showed that construction workers had some network characteristics, such as small-world and scale-free; team leader among construction workers played the roles of management and communication; construction teams were managed respectively as sub-networks and team leader was key management point, to effectively manage the whole group network and improve management level.
