蛋白激酶C信号通路在脑缺血-再灌注损伤中作用 被引量:5

摘要 脑缺血-再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuty,CIRI)是缺血性脑卒中和心搏骤停复苏后引起脑损伤的主要原因。缺血-再灌注会引起脑组织氧化应激反应、脑组织水肿、神经元内钙超载以及兴奋性氨基酸介导的兴奋性毒性作用等,最终导致缺血区神经元凋亡和坏死,造成神经功能永久性丧失~[1-3]。近年来研究[4],蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)信号通路与CIRI关系密切,在这一病理过程中起关键作用。
