水通道蛋白1的调节 被引量:3

摘要 水通道蛋白1(aquaporinl,AQP1)广泛分布于全身各组织,是参与水分子跨膜转运的重要膜通道家族之一。与机体水转运、细胞转移、细胞凋亡和血管生成等病理过程密切相关,特别是在脑组织水肿、脑积水与脑肿瘤的生长迁移方面,AQP1的发现提供了新的治疗潜能。现对AQP1作一简要综述,探讨AQP1的调节机制与脑疾病I临床治疗潜能。
