摘要
新建客运专线引入既有铁路枢纽方案是项目建设重点研究内容,选择合理的车站空间位置、确定完善的车站布置方案,能够更好地满足旅客运输需求,提升服务质量。文章通过统筹考虑相关影响因素,结合城市总体规划和铁路总图规划,重点分析枢纽内客、货流特点,对新建通辽京沈连接线引入通辽枢纽方案进行了研究,提出了引入既有通辽站和开发区新建客站2个方案。并在引入既有站方案中,考虑不同的引入方式、高速铁路车场与普通客运站房的相对关系等,分别研究了东侧引入、西侧引入站房同侧和西侧引入站房对侧3个方案。经综合技术经济比较,推荐采用西侧引入既有通辽站站房同侧方案。通过研究有效解决了枢纽内各方向客、货流运输组织,为其他线路引入枢纽方案研究思路提供参考。
The newly built dedicated passenger line introduced into existing railway hub is the key point in the construc- tion researching program. Reasonable selection of station position and thorough distribution of station program can satisfy passenger capacity demand as well as improve service level. This paper contains related characters consideration com- bined with urban master plan and hub general plan. Based on overall consideration related influencing factors, overall urban planning and general layout planning of railway, Beijing-Shenyang dedicated passenger line connecting line into Tongliao railway hub, two alternative programs are provided including introducing the line into existing Tongliao station and newly-constructed passenger station in the development zones of the city. In the former program, such two compara- tive schemes as introducing the line from eastern side and introducing into the opposite sides of the station from western side are respectively considered. After comprehensive comparison, the program of introducing the line into existing Tongliao station from eastern side was recommended, which could help to optimize train flow organization arrived from all sides in the hub effectively, and provide reference for introducing other lines into existing railway hub.
