山区铁路高填方弯曲拱涵的设想及其应用前景

摘要 铁路涵洞一般采用平顶的矩形涵或盖板涵,并且基本采用直线涵洞。但是在山区铁路中,往往需要跨越沟槽弯曲、填土较高的"V"型深沟。此时,采用桥梁跨越不仅增加投资而且容易对边坡造成破坏;采用直线涵洞时需要对弯曲沟槽进行取直,将产生过大的刷方工程并且也将破坏山体边坡。为此,设想了一种弯曲拱涵:此种结构形式的涵洞,不仅顺应弯曲沟槽形状设置,不会对沟槽两侧山体产生破坏,而且适用于山区高填方的地段。即施工方便、环境友好,又节约了资源和投资,契合山区铁路的需求,有广阔的应用前景。文章拟通过介绍拱涵的计算理论、初步计算结果及其新型的施工方法等,得出弯曲拱涵的技术可行性,以及在山区高填方地段的适应性和经济性,为弯曲拱涵在铁路上的应用提供一定的参考。 Railway culvert generally uses fiat-topped rectangular culvert or slab culvert, and linear culvert is usually adopted. For railways in the mountain, culvert is often used to cross the deep "V" groove with high-filling embankment and bent ditch. In this case, using bridge to cross will not only increase investment but also cause damage to the slope; if linear culvert is used, the bent groove need to be straighten, which will cause too much brush side project and will also destroy the mountain slope. Therefore, this paper envisions a curved arch culvert. This kind of culvert not only can be used along the bent groove without damaging the slope, but also can be used in high-filling embankment. The struc- ture has the advantages of easy construction, friendly environment, saving resources and investment, and can meet the requirement of mountain railway, so it has promising application. The paper focuses on calculation theory, preliminary calculation results, new construction method of arch culvert, which shows technical feasibility and applicability, econo- my in high-filling embankment, which can provide some references for the application of arch culvert in railway.
