摘要
目前国内的高速铁路轨道交通道路的建设基本采用无砟轨道,其伸缩缝的设计和施工对于整个线路的防水及正常运转起着至关重要的作用。为给轨道接缝防水提供更好的解决方案,文章对无砟轨道的特点以及各种应用于伸缩缝的密封材料进行了探讨和对比,重点分析了硅酮密封胶的性能,通过100%定伸粘接性、抗紫外线测试、拉伸压缩测试、极低温度的冷冻试验,发现硅酮密封胶具备优异的粘接性能,良好的耐候性和位移适应能力,优良的低温适应性和综合性能,且通过实际应用证明,硅酮密封胶满足轨道接缝防水的要求。由分析可知,硅酮密封胶已逐渐成为轨道交通伸缩缝填充的理想材料。
Currently in China, the ballastless track is commonly used on high speed railway, the design and construction of the expansion joint plays a vital role for waterproofing and normal running of the whole line. In order to provide better solution for the track joint waterproof, in this paper, the features of ballastless track and different sealing materials for expansion joints are discussed and compared with selective analysis on performance of silicone sealant. By 100% adhe- sive properties at maintained extension testing, UV resistance testing, tensile-compression testing and very low tempera- ture freezing test, the silicone sealant is found to be of excellent adhesion property, good weather ability and displace- ment adaption ability as well as good low temperature adaptability and combination property. The practical application proves that silicone sealant meets the waterproof requirements of track joints. As a result of analysis, silicone sealant is becoming the optimal filling material for rail transit expansion joints.
