摘要
本文以硝酸铝和硝酸铕为原料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)辅助溶剂热法及热处理合成刺状颗粒Al_2O_3:Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉,考察辅助剂用量、不同铝源、铕的掺杂量等因素对产物的光致发光性能的影响,通过X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计对其结构、形貌和性能进行表征.XRD结果表明:产物均为γ-Al_2O_3:Eu^(3+)刺状颗粒;在激发波长为394nm,在615nm附近有强红光的发射峰,属于Eu^(3+)的~5D_0→~7F_2的电偶极跃迁.
Al2O3:Eu3+ were synthesized by a PVP assisted solvothermal method and thermal decomposition route using aluminum nitrate as raw materials. The influences of the doped Eu3+ content, the different sources of Al and the PVP content on Photoluminescence properties were investigated in detail, using XRD, SEM, and PL to characterize the structure morphology properties of the samples. The Photoluminescence spectrum shows a strong PL emission peak from the production, which is mainly located in the red light region with maximum intensity centered at 615 nm, which correspond to 5D0→7F2 transitions of Eu3+ ions.
