基于Gabor纹理特征和可逆水印的图像检索算法

摘要 Gabor纹理特征具有良好的检索性能因而被广泛应用于图像检索系统,但特征的提取计算量大,不能满足实时检索的要求.针对这种情况,新算法利用基于差值直方图平移的可逆水印算法,将图像的Gabor纹理特征作为水印信息嵌入到原始图像中,图像检索时通过提取水印图像中的水印信息来恢复特征值进行检索.实验结果表明,此算法降低了图像检索时Gabor纹理特征的计算复杂度,满足了图像检索的实时性要求. Gabor texture features are widely used on image retrieval because of the good performance, but the extraction of features has large amount of computation, and can' t meet the requirement of real-time retrieval. In view of this, the paper proposed a new method for image retrieval based on reversible watermarking. This algorithm firstly extracts the images Gabor texture features, then the features are embedded as watermarking into the original image using the reversible watermarking scheme based on histogram shifting, and the features will be restored by extracting the watermark for image retrieval. The experimental results show that this method reduces the computational complexity of the feature extraction, satisfied the real-time requirements of image retrieval.
