摘要 通过对某车辆厂电机耗能情况调研发现该厂大多数正在使用的电机设备使用年限较长、设备陈旧,并且长期处于低效益运行,浪费大量的电能。针对该厂动力车间Y系列三相异步电机进行改造,设计永磁同步电机变频调速控制系统替代Y系列三相异步电机。从节能的角度分析永磁同步电机变频调速控制系统带来的经济效益,最终得出替换Y系列三相异步电机的必要性及合理性。 Through the investigation of the motor energy consumption of a vehicle factory,the majority of the motor equipment used in the factory is used for long time,the equipment is old,and the operation of the motor is old,and the power consumption is low.In this paper,the Y series three-phase asynchronous motor for the power plant of the factory is transformed,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed to replace the Y series three-phase asynchronous motor.Analysis of the economic benefits of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system from the point of view of energy saving,the necessity and rationality of the replacement of Y series three-phase asynchronous motor.
