协作实验室土壤中有机氯农药检测能力评价

Competency of Cooperative Laboratories for Testing Soil Organic Chlorine Pesticides

目的为了做好土壤基体标准样品的协作定值,在拟参加协作定值实验室间开展土壤中有机氯农药检测能力评价。方法 16家实验室共同测定土壤有证标准样品,通过Z比分数统计分析测定结果来评价实验室检测土壤中有机氯农药的能力。结果土壤中17种有机氯农药测定结果满意率为75%~100%,16家实验室检测17种有机氯农药结果满意率平均值为88.5%。结论 16家实验室具备土壤中有机氯农药的检测能力,能够满足标准样品的协作定值的要求。

Objectives In order to make a collaborative definite value for standard soil samples,the competency of each pre-cooperative laboratory was evaluated by the certification of Certified Reference Materials（ CRMs）. Methods The content of organic chlorine pesticides（ OCPs） in certified reference soil sample was tested by each of 16 pre-cooperative laboratories,and the results were compared statistically by Z scores to evaluate the ability of a laboratory. Results The satisfactory rate for 17 kinds of OCPs in soil in 16 laboratories was 75% to100%,and the average satisfactory rate was 88. 5%. Conclusions These 16 laboratories had competency of detecting OCPs in soil,and they could meet the requirements for CRMs certification.
