摘要 为研究AP/Al/HTPB复合推进剂中铝粒子在推进剂燃烧表面处和脱离燃面后的动态燃烧过程,采用了长焦显微镜头、单反相机和高速相机组合的光学拍摄方法。通过常温常压实验拍摄,获得了铝在燃面处脱离及随流运动中铝液滴燃烧的宏观过程图像。在0.3 MPa密闭实验器中,使用长焦显微镜头和高速相机对单个铝滴进行了拍摄,通过标定计算得到了其直径和随流运动速率,确定了该方法是可行的,为下一步开展高压实验研究提供了手段。 For the research of the dynamic combustion process at the surface and out of the burning surface of aluminum in the AP/HTPB propellant, the optical imaging methods with the long focal distance microscope, SLR camera and high-speed camera were adopted.The movement and combustion of aluminum droplet from propellant burning surface were obtained with normal temper- ature and pressure experiment.In the 0.3 MPa closed experimental device ,a single aluminum droplet combustion was photographed with long focal distance microscope and high-speed camera, and its diameter and the flow rate was calculated, which proves the feasi- bility of the method and lays the foundation for further experimental research at high pressure.
