摘要
介绍了德兴铜矿购置的一辆QY25VF汽车起重机投入运行初期出现的后悬挂钢板外侧螺栓折断故障,对产生故障的各种可能性原因进行了逐一分析,找出了后悬挂系统部分机件存在的设计缺陷和薄弱环节,并提出了改进方法及具体的解决措施,为新购置设备的前期使用与维护提供了一定的管理经验。
this paper introduces the rear suspension lateral steel plate bolt broken fault of a new QY25 VF truck crane was used in Dexing Copper Mine, a various possible failures factors were analyzed one by one which identified the design defects and weak links of rear suspension system. The improvement method and the detailed measures were put forward, provided the experience for the purchase of new equipment prophase, early stage equipment use and maintenance management.
