齿轮减速机是工业生产过程中的关键设备。文中介绍了通过利用PMS巡检系统的软、硬件对减速机运行状态进行检测、分析及诊断,成功地预测、预报设备的隐形故障部位和产生故障的原因,从而为排除机组的缺陷提供可靠依据的实际应用。
gear speed reducer is the key auxiliary equipment in the process of industrial production. Introduces the utilization hardware and software of PMS inspection system which could inspect, analysis and diagnosis the speed reducer in the running state; also could successfully forcast, pre-calculate the potential fault parts and failure reason, gave the reliable actual practice application for eliminating the design defects.
