埋地铸铁给水管道爆裂问题不仅影响了工厂的正常生产,造成水资源的浪费,而且威胁着供水管网的安全运行,增加运行成本。通过对某厂DN1000mm铸铁给水管爆裂的实例,分析了引起铸铁管爆裂的一些原因,提出了处理的一些方法 ,以及相应的预防措施。

Through analyzed on a living example of DN1000 mm cast iron pipe burst issue, and research on some factors of cast iron pipe burst, the treatment method and corresponding prevent measures were proposed.
