浅析江铜贵冶产生“返厂车”的因素及对策

Brief Analysis on Factors and Countermeasures of the Returned Wagons in Guixi Smelter

介绍了铁路提速以后,对在厂矿作业完成后,重新交回到路企交接线的路用车辆,由于不符合运行条件而被路方技术作业人员扣回的"返厂车"产生的原因,及江铜贵溪冶炼厂铁路装卸车的现状,分析了装卸车作业存在的主要问题,并提出了减少装卸车产生"返厂车"的措施及对策。

this paper introduced the reason railway operators remained the ＇return plant wagon＇ which could not meet the operating conditions. Return plant wagon means the train wagons return to Railway Company after delivery cargo from mines and plants; and also introduced the current situation of railway cargo discharge work in Guixi Smelter. The main existing cargo discharge issue was analyzed, the solution and countermeasure was proposed.
