2014年临漳县人体肠道寄生虫病调查 被引量:2

Investigation of soi-transmitted intestinal parasitic disease in Linzhang county, Hebei province

摘要 目的了解临漳县人体肠道寄生虫病的流行现状,为今后制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法 2014年7月,采用分层抽样方法随机抽取临漳县10个自然村为调查点,将提供粪便标本者作为调查对象,运用直接涂片法和饱和盐水浮聚法两种方法,对粪便标本进行涂片,以镜下观察到虫卵作为确诊标准。结果共收集调查标本424例,查出肠道寄生虫4种,肠道寄生虫总感染率为22.17%,其中土源性线虫感染率为21.93%(包括蛔虫8.02%、钩虫13.44%、蛲虫2.12%),还发现1例微小膜壳绦虫感染者,该虫感染率为0.24%。各村肠道寄生虫总感染率、蛔虫和钩虫感染率差异均有统计学意义(χ总2=23.507,χ蛔2=21.490,χ钩2=46.343,P均〈0.05);蛲虫感染率则差异无统计学意义(χ2=15.234,P〉0.05);蛔虫感染率较高的年龄组为10~岁组和60~岁组;钩虫则以30岁以上年龄组为主;蛲虫感染率较高的年龄组为在0~岁组和6~组。感染者大部分为无症状带虫者。结论该地区土源性线虫感染率较高,相关部门应重视寄生虫病防治,积极采取防治措施,减少寄生虫病感染。 Objective To study the epidemic status and trends of soi-transmitted intestinal parasitic disease in Linzhang County and provide the reference for the development of the future strategies of intestinal parasitic control. Methods According to the national guidelines,the survey spots were determined by stratified random sampling in ten national villages of Linzhang Country in July 2014.The people providing the stool specimens were investigated. Stool specimens were smeared by direct smear method and saturated salt water floating method,confirmed by microscopically observed eggs. Results Totally 424 residents were examined with total intestinal parasites infection rate 22.17%,soil-transmitted nematodes infection rate 21.93%. Four kinds of intestinal parasites were found,The infection rates of roundworm,hookworm,pinworm,and hymenolepis nana were 8.02%,13.44%,2.12%,0.24% respectively.There was a statistical difference among the intestinal parasites infection rate(χ2=23.507,P0.05),roundworm infection rate(χ2=21.490,P0.05),and hookworm infection rate(χ2=46.343,P0.05),but pinworm infection rate was no statistical difference(χ2=15.234,P0.05);The infection rate of roundworm was higher in the 10~19 years and 60~69 years age group. The infection rate of hookworm was higher between people with more than 30 years' age.The infection rate of pinworm was higher in the age groups of 0~9 years and 6~19 years.The most infectors were asymptomatic. Conclusions Soil transmitted nematodes infection rate was high. The related departments should pay attention and actively take measures to prevent and control parasitic diseases.
