江阴市哨点医院流感监测结果

摘要 目的分析江阴市城东街道流感的流行特征,为制订本地区流感防控策略提供依据。方法收集2012-2014年江阴市山观医院流感样病例(ILI)监测资料和流感病原学监测资料进行分析,并按月次进行相关分析和线性回归分析。结果江阴市山观医院门急诊流感样病例百分比(ILI%)12.21%。流感样病例年龄别发病率:15岁以下患者〉15~59岁患者〉60岁以上患者(P〈0.05)。流感病毒阳性检出率16.27%(103/633),不同监测时间段的病毒阳性检出率不同(P〈0.05)。A(H3)为本地区流感流行季节的优势毒株。流感流行季节,15岁以上患者流感病毒阳性检出率高于15岁以下患者(P〈0.05)。门急诊流感样病例百分比与流感病毒阳性检出率成正相关(r=0.601,P〈0.05),回归确定系数r2为0.361(P〈0.05)。结论影响ILI%的因素很多。同时开展流感样病例监测和病原学监测,对更好的掌握本地区流感流行规律和预警是非常重要的。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of influenza at Chengdong Street,Jiangyin,and provide a basis for developing the influenza prevention and control strategies for this region. Method Surveillance data on influenza-like illness(ILI) and influenza pathogen of the Shan'guan Hospital during 2012-2014 were collected and analyzed by T test,chi-square test and linear regression. Results The ILI percentage(ILI %) of outpatients and emergency patients in the Shan'guan Hospital was 12.21%. For the age-specific attack rate of ILI: patients under 15 year-old 15~59 year-old 60 year-old and above(P0.05). The positive rate of influenza virus was 16.27%,varying with different surveillance periods(P0.05). A(H3) was the predominant strain during the flu season of the region. During the flu season,the positive rate of influenza virus of the patients above the age of 15 was higher than that of the patients under the age of 15(P0.05). The ILI percentage of outpatients and emergency patients was positively correlated with the positive rate of influenza virus(r=0.601,P0.05),and the coefficient of determination in regression r2,was 0.361(P0.05). Conclusions There were lots of factors affecting ILI %. It is very important to simultaneously carry out the surveillance of both ILI and pathogen for better mastering the epidemic regularity and early warning of influenza.
