左手掌指浅屈肌腱内脂肪瘤1例
摘要
肌内脂肪瘤是脂肪瘤的一种特殊类型,临床相对少见,多好发于四肢、背部肌肉组织.国外有源于手足部长肌腱脂肪瘤的文献报道,多为肌腱腱鞘或滑膜来源.本例为作者通过超声检查发现脂肪瘤发生于手部指浅屈肌腱内合并有扳机腕,并经手术证实,目前国内外尚未见有文献报道,现报道如下.
