摘要
建设枢纽型社会组织是我国在新时期创新社会治理体制,转变社会治理方式的一次重大尝试和探索。建设枢纽型社会组织给中国工会的改革发展带来了重大机遇,工会在拥有优势的同时也面临着严峻的挑战。中国工会必须坚持党的领导,争取党政支持;淡化行政性,强化社会性;以维权为立足之本,以市场为行动指南,使之真正成长为枢纽型社会组织。
To build up hinge social organization is an important experiment and exploration of innovating and transforming social administrative system of China.It brings a great opportunity and serious challenge to the reform and development of China’s trade unions.Trade unions must adhere to the Party’s leadership,strive for the Party’s and the government’s support,downplay the administrative character and strengthen the social character,so as to grow up into real hinge social organization based on labor right protection.
