摘要
曾首创"社会化维权模式"享誉中国工会界的义乌工会维权模式在近几年可持续发展中遇到了瓶颈。在梳理义乌工会社会化维权模式历程基础上,分析工会社会化维权工作所面临的困境,寻找"来自社会的促动作用"的实践内容,提出工会发展要符合工人阶级队伍变化的特点、建立有效的工会工作社会评估机制、加快推进工会人力资源建设、破解异地务工人员权益保护与城市融入的难题等对策建议,真正发挥地方工会的应有功能。
The mode of rights-safeguard in Yiwu trade unions which is famous for its socialized rights-safeguard mode within Chinese trade unions runs into the bottleneck when develops sustainability in recent years.Based on the developing process of Yiwu trade unions’ socialized rights-safeguard mode,this study analyzes the dilemma which it faces,search for the active and effective practical content which is from social promotive function.Moreover,this study proposes to match the changing characteristics of the working class group in China with trade unions’ development,to establish effective social evaluation mechanism,to promote trade unions’ human resource development,to solve the problem of migrant workers’ rights protection and the challenge for them to integrate into cities,etc.local trade unions should fully play their function.
