新形势下国有企业工会工作的思考

A Reflection of Trade Union Work in SOEs under the New Situations

国有企业是中国特色社会主义经济的重要支柱,是我们党执政的重要经济基础。国有企业工会工作既要引导群众听党话、跟党走,又要维护职工群众合法权益,更要凝聚广大职工群众的智慧和力量,推动企业改革发展,因此是党联系群众的桥梁和纽带。国有企业工会工作应重点做好围绕中心、培育典型、职代会建设等十个方面,要抓机遇、抓大事、抓主要矛盾、抓调查研究。

Since SOEs are the important pillar of socialist economics with Chinese characteristics and the important economic basis of the ruling Party,trade union work in SOEs should pay great attention to protect legal labor rights and interests,to cultivate model,to construct the system of Workers’ Congress,and to investigate and research on labor relations.
