Occupational health and safety problems include both industrial accidents and occupational disease.And the occupational health and safety system aims to prevent these two kinds of problems,so to protect laborers’ heath.It’s of great significance to protect laborers’ right of occupational health and safety.From the perspective of human rights,right of occupational health and safety emphasizes people’s right of being and health,and demonstrates humanitarian spirit To protect workers’ health and safety and to realize workers’ basic human rights,the Canada government has established a relative mature occupational health and safety system,especially at the implementation level.
