摘要
劳动者转职作为劳动力资本流动的一个形式,今天已经成为全球化时代的一个特征。劳动者转职后能否顺利就业,关键在于其自身就业力的高低。研究表明,转职者应具备的就业能力与初次求职者应具备的能力存在很大差异。提升劳动者转职就业力,国家的就业政策应从提高"就业率"转向提升"就业力",用人单位要增强社会责任意识,转职者要树立正确的择业观念和主动提升就业能力的意识。
As a form of labor capital flow,laborers’ re-employment has become a characteristic of globalization today.Studies have shown that there are differences between re-employability and first employability of employees.In order to improve employees’ re-employability,the state’s employment policies should be shifted from improving employment rate into improving employability,employing units should improve the consciousness of social responsibility and,employees should set up proper career choice and improve employability forwardly.
