摘要
工资集体协商是劳资双方就与工资相关的事项讨价还价的过程,也可以说是两个博弈参与方相互之间分配关联利益的问题。通过借鉴鲁宾斯坦教授的轮流出价讨价还价的博弈模型来模拟工会与雇主双方的谈判过程,探讨工资的谈判机制。研究表明,工会与雇主双方的谈判收益与已方的耐心程度正相关,与对方的耐心程度负相关。
Collective wage negotiation is a bargaining game process in which labor union and employer equally negotiate on the internal wage distribution system,wage distribution method,wage income level and other matters.Based on the bargaining model by Arial Rubinstein,the negotiating mechanism between labor and employer is explained.Furthermore,the discount factor that influences the two parties’ profit is discussed in detail.
