摘要
介绍了燃煤锅炉电袋复合除尘器滤料技术的发展演变过程。2010年之前燃煤锅炉在应用PPS滤袋过程中存在短期内大面积破损情况。研究查明,这种异常破袋由化学破损造成,直接原因是烟气中SO_x、NO_x浓度大且运行温度不当加剧PPS氧化、腐蚀。通过技术创新研发一种耐腐高强滤料,抗化学性能强于PPS,能够大幅延长滤袋使用寿命。2010年之后,耐腐高强滤料得到大规模推广应用,推动了燃煤锅炉电袋复合除尘器滤料技术进步。
The paper introduces the development and evolvement course of iflter material technology of electric bag compound precipitator in the coal-ifred boilers. Through the technical innovation, a sort of the excel ing corrosion resisting iflter materials and anti-chemical capability which is stronger than PPS, can prolong the use life of the iflter materials. Since 2010, the excel ing corrosion resisting iflter materials have been popularized and used at a large scale, and have promoted the technical progress of electric bag compound precipitator in the coal-ifred boilers.
