摘要 目的:了解精神病科聘用制护士对工作满意度的原因。方法:采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和护士工作满意度量表,对山西省两所三甲医院134名精神科聘用制护士进行问卷调查。结果:满意度得分排名前三位原因分别是:工作条件、选择工作方式的自由性(工作状态)和同事关系;排名后三位原因分别是:工作的稳定性、工作内容的变化性及工作时数。不同年龄、工作年限、职称、婚姻状况的聘用制护士满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神科聘用制护士对工作的满意度因年龄、工作年限、职称、婚姻状况等不同而存在差异。 Objective: To understand job satisfaction reasons for employed nurses in department of psychiatry. Methods: 134 employed nurses in the department of psychiatry from 2 third- grade class- A hospitals were surveyed by a self- designed general information questionnaire and a job satisfaction scale. Results: The top three job satisfaction reasons were working conditions and freedom of choosing working styles( working states) and relationships between the coworkers,and the last three were work stability,work content variability and working hours. Moreover,there were statistical differences in the job satisfaction among the nurses with different age,working years,professional title,and marital status( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: For the employed nurses in the department of psychiatry,there were statistical differences in the job satisfaction among those with different age,working years,professional title,and marital status.
