中药治疗湿疹的门诊处方分析

Prescription analysis of outpatient on Traditional Chinese Medicine curing eczema

目的调查某中医院湿疹患者中药使用情况,了解中药治疗湿疹的用药现状及趋势并作出相应分析。方法收集某中医院2014年中药治疗湿疹的处方,对组方治则及常用中药饮片使用情况做回顾性调查和分析。结果通过处方分析,中药治疗湿疹处方共有6 486张,其中男性占3 188张处方,女性占3 298张处方。患者平均年龄约47岁,其中以大于21岁小于40岁的居多,占40%。处方中以湿热蕴蒸证,湿热浸淫证,脾虚浸淫证为主的辩证治疗;其中使用最多的中药分别是防风、生地黄、泽泻、蝉蜕、白鲜皮等。结论某中医院湿疹中药处方开方规范,使用药味合理,以清热利湿,疏风清热为主,与中医治疗理论相匹配,可为临床湿疹的中药治疗提供借鉴。

Object By surveying the usage of eczema in a hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), to learn the status and trends of TCM curing eczema. Methods Prescription treating eczema in 2014 was collected,retrospective investigation and analysis were made on therapeutic principle and usage of crude herb. Result There were total 6486 prescription on eczema, of which men accounted for 3,188, women accounted for 3, 298.The average age of about 47 years, of which more than 21 years and less than 40 years in the majority,accounting for 40%. The most commonly used medicine was Divaricate Saposhnikovia, Rehmannia Root, Oriental Waterplantain Tuber, Black Cicada Slough, Densefruit Pittany Root-bark, etc. Conclusion Eczema prescriptions were reasonably used, based on dispersing heat and matched the theory of TCM, which could provide reference and mirror for eczema treatment in clinical.
